DaSilva has been building quality, affordable homes for New Zealanders for over twenty years.
We started as builders and that's still at our core — our team has been on the tools, which means we understand what good construction actually looks like. From sourcing land to handing over the keys, we manage every step of the development process ourselves. That hands-on approach is how we build around 100 homes every year, and how we make sure every one of them meets the mark.
